Now that our Prospect and Crown Heights communities have lived with Open Streets on Vanderbilt and Underhill for over 5 years, our volunteers want to gather a more robust view of how the DOT and PHNDC’s decisions have impacted your daily life. They aim to understand these effects fully. We know everyone has busy lives and engaging civically is a challenge. Attending meetings to have your voice heard is a time commitment that everyone does not have. This survey is a way to speak up and have your voice heard. We plan on sharing the results with relevant city stakeholders and community members.
Please take a moment to fill out the survey and share it with your friends and family in the community. Our goal is to have a representative sample that matches the census demographics of our community. As we roll this out, if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please take a screenshot and email us so we can troubleshoot.
