I am the owner of Pooch Purrfect at 789 Washington Avenue. In addition to selling pet supplies, we run a doggy day care and boarding facility. The Vanderbilt Open Streets and the Underhill Bike Boulevard have negatively affected my business. Having to travel from Washington Ave to pick up clients’ dogs on the other side of Vanderbilt takes a very long time due to the conversion and closures. A trip that should take 5 min or less is now taking us 20 mins. This hurts my business as it means employees (or myself) out of the store of longer periods.
Please revert Underhill to as it was pre-COVID (a quiet, safe street) and limit the Open Street on
Vanderbilt.
